3. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed in that order. An automated order-confirmation message acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
An order is accepted when we issue an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or when the product is dispatched, whichever occurs first.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, errors in product or pricing information, shipping restrictions, or limits relating to a particular edition.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will return the amount collected to the original payment method, subject to applicable law. Processing times imposed by banks or payment providers are outside our control.
Products placed in a shopping cart are not reserved. For limited releases, availability is secured only after the order has been successfully completed and accepted.
4. Limited Editions, Products, and Availability
Escape Wheel Boutique focuses on limited-edition releases and small-run collaborations. Products may be available only in restricted quantities and may sell out without notice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to edition size describe the intended production quantity. Numbers, configurations, packaging, specifications, delivery estimates, or other details may change where reasonably necessary due to production requirements, provided that any material change will be communicated to affected customers as required by law.
Product photographs and digital renderings are provided for illustration. We make reasonable efforts to present colours, materials, dimensions, finishing, and other details accurately; however, display settings, lighting, photography, and natural material variation may affect appearance.
Hand-finishing and small-batch production may result in minor variations between individual pieces. Such variations are not necessarily defects, provided that the product remains consistent with its material description and required quality standards.
All purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, household, payment method, billing address, delivery address, or order where reasonably necessary to maintain fair access to a limited release or prevent unauthorized resale.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order we have already accepted unless the displayed price was clearly erroneous.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other fees collected by us will be disclosed before you complete your purchase. Your bank or payment provider may impose separate currency-conversion, international-transaction, or processing charges that are outside our control.
For deliveries outside the territory from which an order is shipped, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, or similar costs unless we expressly state that they are included.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or calculation errors. If an error affects an order you have submitted, we will notify you and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming the corrected price or cancelling the affected order for a full refund.
6. Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, delivery, and account information.
You are responsible for promptly updating your information so that we can process your order and contact you when necessary.
We may limit or cancel orders that appear to have been placed using false information, without proper authorization, or for unauthorized resale or distribution. If we change or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Payment services may be supplied by independent payment providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, charges, estimated delivery periods, and any applicable restrictions will be displayed at checkout or explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur because of production schedules, customs processing, carrier disruption, force-majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk and ownership will transfer in accordance with applicable law and the delivery terms disclosed for the relevant order.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery, or a failure to collect a shipment may be charged where permitted by law.

Warranty coverage may exclude damage arising from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear, subject to the terms of the applicable warranty and applicable law.

Escape Wheel Boutique is independently owned and operated.
Unless expressly stated for a particular release, Escape Wheel Boutique is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, appointed by, or acting on behalf of any watchmaker, manufacturer, distributor, retailer, or other brand.
A limited-edition collaboration does not create or imply a dealership, distributorship, agency, partnership, joint venture, endorsement, or continuing commercial relationship.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
